Organizing for America- Pennsylvania: Hernstrom of Pittsburgh, PA is a filmmaker and owns a small video production company. When deciding to start his own company, Ben had to make a difficult decision. He knew he would lose his health care if he left his job and with the limited income of a start up entrepreneur, it might be awhile before he could afford to pay the ever increasing premiums of private insurance. And then like many small business owners he had to confront the problem of attracting talented people to work with him when he could not offer them the basic necessity of health insurance coverage.
