The McCarthy McCain Platform
Sarah Palin quotes "Joe the Plumber", whose real name is Sam (I am) , on socialism. Never mind that "JOE" lied about his identity, income, and qualifications as a plumber (or lack thereof). On socialism, he's an authority. The McCain platform is sounding more like McCarthyism with each desperate attempt to scare the US voters into the Republican camp.
On another note, I hope that Obama's grandmother lives long enough to see him become President! For a second term!
Sarah Palin thinks she's talking to French President Sarkozy
Hilarious prank call!

"Sarah Palin's Alaska." is to be aired on "VERGE- Planet Green's all-new primetime programming destination"
WRITE DISCOVERY CHANNEL AN EMAIL about it!
For example, I wrote-
You seriously intend giving Sarah Palin money to host a show on VERGE- Planet Green? So she can further her plan to influence American public opinion with her inane but ultimately dangerous views on ecology?
Please... reconsider airing "Sarah Palin's Alaska." Be assured I WILL NOT WATCH IT, and will urge all my friends to do likewise. I will also be less likely to turn on your channel in the future if this is the kind of programming you intend to pursue in your new line-up.

Owner Simon Walsh aka myself says, "I am looking forward to a whole new
generation of users benefiting from this exciting and innovative club!
Wheelies has provided thousands of disabled and non-disabled people around
the world with a safe, fun and supportive environment." Simon's avatar was
the first to use a virtual wheelchair full time in Second Life in May, 2006.
Founded in 2006, Wheelies is a great example for the use of Second Life as a
supportive environment for people with disabilities, receiving attention
from academia worldwide. In July 2008, Wheelies was awarded the UK Catalyst
Revolutionary Award, presented by Gordon Brown, UK's Prime Minister.
Wheelies has also received a huge amount of publicity since its founding,
including Newsweek International, BBC World Service, Canadian TV News, and
UK Times Newspaper. Says one Wheelies fan, "What I like about Simon's place
is that it's OK to be disabled or not-disabled. You can feel at ease with
someone different while having fun together."
On December 3rd, 2009, Wheelies will reopen with an expanded campus and
sponsorship, treating Second Life residents to a live music concert starting
at 1pm SLT (9pm GMT). Featured artists include musicians Slim Warrior and
Jaynine Scarborough, and DJ Meka Chaffe, live from the UK, Germany, and US.

ACS hosts job fair
By Steven Hoover
steve.hoover@us.army.mil
CAMPHUMPHREYS — The Army Community Service Employment Readiness Program, here, hosted a Community Job Fair, Sept. 30, in the Super Gym.
Spouses, Family members and just about anyone looking for employment, were invited to participate and speak with about 40 potential employers.
“This year, more than 300 military spouses, family members and soon to be retired Service members vis- ited the Humphreys Community Job Fair,” said Philip Chang, the Employment Readiness Program manager and coordinator of the event. “The employers who par- ticipated were searching for employees to fill anything from clerical to specialized positions.”
Besides potential employers, organizations that are in the business of helping people find work, such as Army Career and Alumni Program and the Area III Civilian Personnel Advisory Center, were also in attendance.
“The job fair was very effective at showcasing all the job opportunities in the area,” said Mandy R. Jarrett, a CPAC human relations assistant. “It was nice that applicants were able to get all their ques- tions answered straight from the organizations they were interested in.”
Prior to the job fair, attendees were encouraged to contact Chang for assistance in completing their resume.
“Looking for an employment opportunity is challenging because of the current world economic situation,” Chang said. “However, it’s not impossible to find what you are seeking; it’s about the timing and your readiness.”
For more information, contact Chang at 753- 8321.
